don't eat so much for lunch, drink come caffeine, and go to bed earlier at night. Also, do some stretches after lunch, it will make you more alert.

stay away from potatoes they are the equivalent of a cup of pure sugar. You probably crashed on your energy, walk around don't just sit there knowing you are sleepy, being in front of a computer will do it too, if what you are doing is boring. Good Luck, hope you don't get busted. Leave off the caffeine at night it will get you too. You will not get the sufficient sleep you need to function. Watch out for that caffeine for it is addictive like a cigarette, you may need a B12 shot or pills.

You are probable eating simple carbs or too much sugar and are having the crash and burn from your blood sugar levels. I bet if you cut out sugars and eat complex carbs you won't be so tired in the afternoons! Try whole wheat breads, veggies, etc. and see if you feel better!
