Arthritis is more of an ache in your joints. Sounds like you may have carple tunnel (sp?). It is usually caused by improper positioning of the hands when typing a lot or hands/wrists being overworked. Try taking 500mg of Tylenol or Ibeuprofen and see if that helps. You can take that once or twice a day every day. If it doesn't get better, you might need to see a doctor and maybe eventually have surgery to correct the damage. Even without health insurance, there should be a place in your city or a big city around you that offers free health care or a way to pay in installments.

I was 28 year old, while working in factory, I have got twist in my knee. I feel sharp pain like tearing tissue.

I went to doctor she said dont worry do exercises, build up musicals. here I am after three years, still feeling pain, actually my pain become worst and worst, I have got swelling all across knee joint, it is very difficult to walk even for me.

Lately have done some MRI, which shows no joint structure defects, and lots of fluid around knee joint.

which doctor describe kind of arthritis, but enable to tell me which kind of.

After spending a lots of money I was confused as there is no reason found by any doctor, and they say I have to suffer rest of my life unless I do knee replacement which only last 10 to 15 years, after that 90% cChance I will be end up with wheel chair. So I decided to keep going without any surgery and taking anti inflammatory , pain killer pills which Cause a lot of problem in my stomach.

Just two month ago someone introduced me Mona Vie which took all my pain, my joint in not stiff, it want hurt any more and I feel a lot of energy, now I often do Overtime earning more money what I used to. And all this without having any single pills, so no more side effects.

It really works for me, I knew many people have same benefit from it. why don't you try it.

My first sign of Arthritis was 21, a red hot swollen finger, looked like a sausage and no way could I bend it. As a former Accountant I was working right up until I hit 34, with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It does not 'sound like' Arthritis, which affects the joints, more like carpel tunnel, or inflammation of the muscles, from over use. Therefore you need to rest the hands, get some anti-inflammatory drugs, which will mean seeing a Doc.
