Best advise is to keep your face clean, wash it at least twice a day and keep your hands off your face. Touching your face introduces more bacteria. Also do not scrub our face hard as it actually spreads bacteria and causes more blemises and possible scarring. Although most acne is related to hormones you can clear it up with a good skin care system. I sell a system called All Clear. I have had several clients that have switched to it from proactive because they have seen better results.

Acne Free at Wal Mart is the same thing as Pro active and only about 15.00, or go Proactive, either one is great. My daughter has used them both and they are so good, the acne is gone!!====

Acne Free had my face cleared up in few weeks, I stopped using it and I dont have acne anymore, now I just juse Neutrogena oil free acne wash, and moisturizer after works perfect no more bumps.

Don't touch your face. If you spend one day and pay attention to all the times you touch your face with your hands, arms, etc.. You will notice that you do it more then you think. Just keeping your dirty hands off your face will help. Other than that, see a Dermatologist. If it's really bad Acutane.

Ask your doctor about Bactrim DS. It's an antibiotic. It was the only thing that worked for me! I tried all the over the counter washes and several prescription meds, but Bactrim worked best. Good luck!

my son has been using pine tar soap for a lil over a month now. it has really helped clear it up. he had it really bad. huge sores on his face, back and some on his arms and chest. you can get it thru your pharmacy. it costs about $4 a bar and a bar can last 3-4 wks.

use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol. it may sting at first but it will clear up your complexion. Don't ever use soap on your face. if anything just hot water and a clean rag then cool water to close the pores.
