I've been experiencing itches on my scrotal sac for over 6 months and all prescriptions by doctors haven't taken care of it. Is there any home remedy for this condition?

i have sharp pain there and a lump type thing under the skin, i went to the doctor and they felt the lump, but couldnt quite figure it out, they said it may be pnuemothorax, but i got xrays and an ultra sound and they couldnt see anythign, the doctor is calling around to see what it might be, but does anyone ahve any thoughts?

i have had an extremly irregular period this whole month, yes it lasted all month, but yesterday it finally came full flow, i had the usual cramps and backache went to bed and i woke up feeling ok, after about an hour i have had the most god awful painfull experience in my life, i had to call my fiance home from work because i thought i needed to go to the hospital. i almost fainted three times and could not get any releif from the pain, i was crying and had many outburts of yelling and moaning i was in so much pain, i was dizzy confused and light headed, it took about 30 min for him to get home, and by that time it seemed to have subsided a little, i couldn't move so he got a heating pad and put it under me, i was exsahausted from the pain and fell asleep, i woke up about half an hour ago, the pain is somewhat gone, although i am sore and light headed. what happened to me? i was scared, will it happen again? need some input or ideas as to what might be the problem.

I'm going to the optometrist tomorrow for the first time. I'm 14. Can someone tell me what usually happens there? How will they figure out if you need glasses? Is it the traditional chart with the big → small letters? Here are some of the problems, among others, that I've had lately:

- Frequent headaches.
- Eyes hurt when I move them.
- Can't see at all in the sunlight. I have to look down or close my eyes. Same with strong lighting (I need to have very dim lighting).
- Vision is blurry from 6/7 ft away and onwards.
- With just my right eye, things look a bit "cooler" in terms of color. With my left eye, "hotter" colors are more pronounced.
- I'm always squinting.
- "Floaters".

I read quite a bit and I'm on the computer for most of the day. I have a good diet. I tried on a friend's glasses once and it definitely improved my vision. Do you think I'll get glasses?

My dad just went to to hospital today AND is it possible that if your a heavy drinker that it can lead to appendicitis? Because i was told that appendicitis is caused by kidneys swelling and pushing against your abdomen on a regular basis and the pressure that causes the additional sweating to the Appendics is the reason you get appendicitis...

Any other information about appendicitis would be helpful too..

last night i made the mistake of watching a very disturbing movie which showed a girl committing suicide by cutting her wrist and i didn't get any sleep at all cos i kept thinking about it. i did choose to watch the movie so it's my fault but i didn't think it would affect me this much. is there any way i can get the image out of my head? now i'm worried i'm not going to be able to get to sleep tonight cos when i don't get any sleep i get anxious about sleeping. it doesn't help that i took 2 sealeg pills 4 days ago and i'm still feeling drowsy from them.

Hi I have had a sore knee cap for years it comes and goes. I'm not sure if it is in the bone or the joint but it gets pretty sore. It feels worse if I put pressure on my leg (left Knee) or if i bend it. It isn't a really bad pain or anything it is just really really sore.It also sometimes gets a bruise on it always in the same spot my knee cap sore. I will get to making a doctors appointment but my doctor is verry buisy and I'm not sure if it that big a deal or if it just a normal ache I notice at least 30 times a day. I am 23 and I have lower bone mineral density than normal not sure if that would have anything to do with it. Thank you for your time and consideration have a great day everyone :):):)

I have been adviced to take one aspirin a day to thin blood . What can I take if i need stronger pain killer ? More aspirin or can I take 2 paracetamol ? Or maybe ibuforen ?

Well, I've had high blood pressure for over 6 months now. My doctor just keeps telling me to come back again at a later date to check on it again but it's never gone down, and he doesn't do anything about it. It's now reached !50/110 when I'm stressed. This worries me like crazy now that I'm going to drop down dead at any moment which doesnt help the bp probably.
What should I do? do i trust my doctor in knowing whats best for me or can i do something about it?

For about 2 years now I've been running and doing other things like swimming and biking almost everyday. I've always been in great shape my entire life (21 yrs). However, when I come home and rest for a couple hours my thighs become really uncomfortable and the only way to relieve it is to fold them (stretch out my hamstring). This is especially bad when I sleep at night. I've found that stretching before running helps, but not completely. Any ideas as to what I could do or vitamins I could take to help? Thanks a bunch!

In my left breast and the bone surrounding it and my chest..they did a chest x ray showed nothing.so the doc has put me on anti biotics for a possible infection. Its not swollen or red.The other breast is actually a bit bigger and doesnt even hurt. I am teffified of dying and i have to go get a ultrasound of the breast .the time in between is whats freaking me out. has this happened to anyone else what was it? thanks

Ok so here's the story and question....

I was with my girlfriend almost 5 years....we loved each other very much....we did have some fights and arguments.
I wasn't perfect, I did say mean things sometimes or do things but I have OCD and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Not all of it, but most of it was caused by my problems, I have been getting help and working on myself for the last
year and a half and been getting better. I regularly go to my therapist and psychiatrist and take my meds as prescribed.
I have gotten better. She left me 3 months ago because she said she didn't like the way I treated her. She is the type
that wants a "fairytale" relationship. Everyone has told her including her parents that she won't get that with anyone.
She also expects no fights or arguments. Well anyways she told me for the first two months after she left...that she
still wanted to be with me, she loves me, misses me, wants to know I'm serious about us, etc. Then two weeks after
that go by and she doesn't say much to me....well I texted her a lot but it was because when I tried to give her space
before by not texting as much, she would text me and say why are you ignoring me or I don't think you're serious about
this...and then when I did she didn't want me to text or wouldn't text me back most of the time.

I am 36 and have always been one to like to drink, never much to excess, except for the occasional party. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works many hours. I gave up a great career and am finding myself very lonely, bored and sometimes depressed. The past few months, I am finding myself drinking . . alot! I drink to the point that I am now blacking out and by the time I get the kids to bed, I cant remember parts of the evening. I do this once a week or so, and drink to get a good buzz about 3 other days of the week too now. I am finding myself thinking of alcohol all the time, yearning for that feeling. I am so embarrassed and do not want to tell anyone, but I know some might be suspecting tho too. I am not sure where to turn or what to do. I really want to stop, I am so sick today from all I drank last night, I can barely get off the couch! I hate this feeling . . . and feel so guilty, what am I doing to my children! I really feel I have no one to turn to too. Help!

next semester i am taking a step class that meets twice a week for and hour, a cardio kickboxing class that meets one day a week for 2 hours and a regular boxing class one day a week for two hours. will this get me in shapew and help me lose about 15lbs? i am 5'3 and weigh about 134. i have prety good eating habits but not perfect...
