YES!

Unfortunately, even if a state legalizes weed for medical purposes, federal law overrides the state.

So theoretically the person with the prescription, the doctor prescribing, or the organization supplying the pot can all be prosecuted under federal law.

What we need are reformed federal drug laws.

YES!!!
Most states have, but the Federal Government overrides it for political purposes. They call it a schedule 1 drug (addictive, no benefits), yet call cocaine a schedule 2 drug (addictive, some benefits). Go figure.
BTW, the Moron-In-Chief's father had a chance to change this in 1989, and chose not to. Guess idiocy runs in the family. . . . .
