For about 2 years now I've been running and doing other things like swimming and biking almost everyday. I've always been in great shape my entire life (21 yrs). However, when I come home and rest for a couple hours my thighs become really uncomfortable and the only way to relieve it is to fold them (stretch out my hamstring). This is especially bad when I sleep at night. I've found that stretching before running helps, but not completely. Any ideas as to what I could do or vitamins I could take to help? Thanks a bunch!

Avoidance of over exercise may help you.

You need to warm up before exercise and then have a nice cooling down period after exercise. Cooling down does not mean sitting down right after exercise.
