At my college's rec center there are a variety of Yoga classes, but I don't know anything about them or which would be best for increasing flexibility. The classes they have are: Yoga Basics, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga I, PiYo, Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, and a few different Pilates classes... and I have no idea what any of those are lol!
I lift weights and exercise regularly but I am terrible when it comes to stretching so I think I should get into one of these classes, what do you think?
