I have at least 4-5 moles removed every 6 months from my body.
You go to the dermatologist and s/he will take a look at it and then usually arrange another appointment to remove it.
They give you about 2 - 3 injections of lidocaine where ever the mole is at and when its numb, they use a special tool to sliver it off, and drop it into a cup for the pathologist to examine it under a microscope to make sure its not malignant. They also will use a special electrocautery tool which makes a buzzing noise to stop the bleeding from the incision. They will put some antibiotic ointment on it and send you home.

Moles are generally hyper-pigmentation upon the skin. These may be eliminated through surgery treatment, or through many store products or home remedies.

Surgical treatment is costly, being from around $100-$450 yet it may cause scars. Natural home remedies are actually low-priced and also might eliminate ugly moles within only a couple of days without having scar issues.

Home cures may inlcude garlic, tea tree oil, or even fresh pineapple juice applied during several days.

you should go to a dermatologist , if he is sure it is not malignant he ca zap it of with a lazier, and if he's suspicious he needs to take a biopsy before he starts to do anything more drastic

Farmers have people shoot moles or suck them up in specialized vacuum cleaners
