Not necessarily. A boy could genetically inherit his great, great grand-father's 'family jewels', while his father is quite small (and vise-versa). You never know how many generations genetics will go back, and present you with something you may have not expected.

Gross but yes I think so I know how big my sons father is and I accidently saw my sons once since he went through puberty.I also had to exsplain to him why guys should not wear sweatpants in public or speedos.
