I have the same thing. I have spent HUNDREDS of bucks for a single cream......let me tell you what I find works best: a cheap (rough) wash cloth and warm water is just as good as any exfoliant you can purchase. And it is virtually free. Any unscented lotion for sensitive skin, does not have to be expensive. The key is to do this everyday. You have to get that dead skin off, and a wash cloth (even though it sounds so simple) will do it. Otherwise no matter how much lotion or moisturizer you put on it is just going to flake up again. Hope I helped.

What I do for problem areas like these is exfoliate. That is the most amazing thing know to skin care. I use Mary Kay microdermabrasion, it's a lot on the pricey side for $55 dollars and I don't recommend spending that much because they won't last you all that long. If you can get your hands on the samples you will be set. You can go to eBay and people actually sell samples which is perfect. Don't pay over $11-$12 for ten samples. You can also try another brand, it's just the one that I use.

Also, after you exfoliate you should use a moisturizer. You probably know, but something water-based. I use Mary Kay, but it's your call which brand you use. A good rule of thumb is to keep all of your face products within the same brand... VERY IMPORTANT!! If you would like to know more or want information about anything else I would be MORE than happy to email with you. Good luck!!

You don't need Vaseline, that's just oil...try a moisturizing lotion, like Aveeno or Lubriderm.

Olive oil or coconut oil is better.
