My girlfriend has just started taking Levaquin on Friday for a UT infection. Since last night shes been dizzy and had a headache. Her Dr.s office is closed untill monday morning. Should she stop taking it or wait till she can talk to someone on monday?

When I walk fast I get these clicking noises in my brain, its really irritating, also when I stand up, I black out, this happens at least 5 times a day, also when i turn my neck every once and a while my whole tounge and neck get numb! Im starting to wonder whats up, I eat healthy Im 5 "6 and 100 lbs, with a petite build, Im very athletic, but Im starting to worry because when I run I feel faint, plz help!
PS. When I say black out I mean, when i stand up everything goes black, not faint. Any possible Diagnosis will help, im going to the heart doc. dec.1st I just want a rough estimate on what could be up.

For the past two weeks my chest (the area above my boobs) has been hurting really bad. I think it may be just a pulled muscle (I work with special needs kids and I do a lot of lifting) but I'm not sure. Anyone know anything else it could be?

I have popping, crunching sounds comming from my left wrist when I bend it up and down. I don't have any swelling but pain. It hurts to bend it upward. And the weird part is that when I bend downward there is this bump that comes up (the bump is like where my arm meets my wrist, right in the middle). I have had this pain for several months and I went to the doctor and she told me I had DeQuiverians, but I think she is wrong since my wrist hurts, not my thumb. I will be going back to the doc but wanted some opinoins. Is this a sprain or something else?

okay so one day i was taking a shower, and i turned the water freezing cold and put my head in it, then i turned it regular, and put my head it in, and turned it cold again and put my head it in, when i got out of the shower, i felt as if my eart was beating 1billion times a second, and i couldnt breather well, and my heart felt like it was going to pop out. What was wrong? Did i almost have a heart attack???

I've asked this question a few times before, but I wasn't quite satisfied with the answers. Recently I've been losing weight, and my labia minora (NOT MAJORA) seems to be getting smaller. I'm turning 13 next month and I'm currently 5'4".
I really want to model so if my height expectancy is low, how can I make myself grow taller?

My dad was 5'11 and my mum was 5'7 and girls usually take after their father's height. My grandfather was 6'2 and well yeah. I know that height expectancy generators can be wrong sometimes because this guy I knew was supposed to be 5'8 and he ended up being 6'0.

Please let me know if I might be tall and how I can make myself taller (by the way, everyone says what I eat is very healthy so that isn't a problem).

I have a missing eye tooth, and I'm 16. I'm going to the dentist in a couple of weeks. Before an orthodontist said the best thing was to just reshape my teeth or something like that, now we went back over the summer, and then he made this huge plan for a tooth implant. I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for about 7 years and I used to love it but for the past 6 months to a year I've noticed that I'm getting a lot of side effects from it. No matter when I take it or what I take it with I feel dizzy, sick, out of it and emotional for about 2 hours after I take it. Also, my sex drive has really diminished. I spoke to my dr who suggested that it is most likely the Pill that's causing this (ruled out everything else) so I'm really not sure what to do.

Are there side effects of going off the Pill? My wedding's in 5 weeks and I don't want to be dealing with side effects during it.

We *really* don't want to get pregnant (my fiance's looking into a vasectomy), would we really be okay with condoms and spermicide?

I'm just wondering if I'm allergic to coffee or not. I've read places that people say it could be the caffeine which is affecting you (I don't know how true that is, as I'm very used to consuming large amounts of caffeine) and I've also read that it could be a lactose intolerance problem. As I know I already have the latter, and how I feel when I'm having those problems, it seems very unlikely. I just drank about 5 mouthfuls of coffee. I felt fine for a minute or so, but then I started feeling quite sick. It's been about half an hour now (I tipped the rest of the coffee out) and I'm getting slight stomach cramps, I'm feeling nauseated, and like I'm going to throw up. The first few times I ever drank coffee was when I was about 8 years old, and I felt fine at first, and then sick, much like now. I'm feeling pretty weak and dizzy right now, and just want to lie down. How is it possible to be allergic to coffee? How can you be?

I'm having trouble keeping my hopes up. Everytime I get up and have hope for happiness, I CRASH really badly. I'm really struggling to get that little bit of inner strength that I know I have within me. I'm going to get some meds for depression and anixety soon, but I'm not sure if I can keep on keeping my composure until then. Any suggestions?

I'm a 17 year old girl. I've never had sex before, but I suffer alot from UTI's. I have been getting UTI's since I was 7. I have a urinary tract infection right now. They gave me Azo (which turns my urine orange-y) and they gave me antibiotics called "cephalexin". The doctors aren't sure which antibiotics to give me because when ever I take one, I feel super sick. I pass out, and throw up, and feel plain icky. They tend to switch several antibiotics because they all make me feel bad. I started that antibiotic today and I already feel sick. Why is that? Is that normal? Should I be concerned? Is it normal to have reoccuring infections?

Ok I was wondering if I have Bulimia. I heard that to be considered Bulimic you have to binge and purge. I don't binge, I eat 3 meals a day everyday, but I throw up 1-2 times a day. Am I bulimic?
