i know it sounds like im trying to starve myself and maybe i am.. but i want to know how can i cut back dramatically on the amoutn i eat and like keep the nutrients i need coming in. please dont comment tellin me im stupid. i want answers so i can feel betterabout myself.

I've been working out a lot (1 hour of spinning, 1 hour on the treadmill, and weights (not really heavy). I've also changed my diet so i've been eating less carbs and more proteins.
However, today I woke up feeling sick, I threw up, had cold sweatings and a headache.... could this be related to my workout?

I am aware that many people who are mentally ill are homeless. However weren't they already mentally ill, prior to becoming homeless? My main question is, if a person is medically proven to not have a mental illness or depression becomes homeless, does the traumatic effects of being homeless make said person mentally ill? If so, with help can such a person become socially normal, or are the mental changes permament?

Do you think I will get the popular girl from high school, now that I've used anorexic tips to lose 50lbs?

I've lost 50lbs in less than a year. And she hasn't seen me in 2 years. Im a college sophomore now. Im much more leaner and muscular now. Although I wasn't terrible looking even before the 50lbs. So do you think shes mine?

And no I'm not anorexic, since I'm not a teen girl and place value on muscle. I just use tips from pro-ana.

You don't hear about summer flu's, sometimes summer colds, and bronchitis and upper respiratory problems are the same prevalance for colder months. Bronchitis and URI's are also MOSTLY bacterial, not viral.

My MAIN question is about the flu. Bronch and other bacterial is kind of understandable when you think about it.

I have fibromyalgia and driving causes me a lot of pain, but my job requires a lot of driving. I can't seem to find a good car seat cushion to help. All the ergonomic (sp?) cushions seem to be for your back, not your butt, which is where my pain is. Any ideas? I'm already using support gloves for my hands and wrists so it doesn't hurt so much to keep my hands on the steering wheel, but my hip joints keep locking up.

calorie restricted diet for a while about 1300 a day but now i am at my goal weight i really do not want to count calories and fat anymore but then i would not even know where to start with how much i should be eating throuout the day .. do i need to continue to count calories if i want to maintain my weight?
