Take 25mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, not ephedra, along with 200mg of caffeine, and 300mg of aspirin. You can get ephedrine online as a bronchial inhibitor. It suppresses your appetite while acting as a steroid. This combination gives you immense energy, makes you eat less, and burns off great amounts of calories at the same time. Try half of everything the first time seeing as the combination is strong. You can only take this combination for one month, then skip a month, and then on a month again. Depending on you size, I recommend only one week at a time. This stuff is strong. At the end of the week, make sure you have an entire day to sleep, because you'll need it. If your young, have heart, or other medical problems, you definately should not take this stuff.

You need to eat healthy. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Make usre to eat around 1600 calories worth of good foods, not junk food. And eat a snack between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. And no food after 8pm. Diet sumplments like Hydroxycut or LipoX6 can help curb appetite but it would be better if you like green tea to drink that to help with your appetite. And walk, it doesnt matter if you dont really wanna exercise but walk for 15 minutes twice a day. I have done this and lost 41 pounds in 5 weeks.
Healthy Choice makes some nice low cal meals and soups that I really like. Here is a list of the things I have been eating lately.
Mostly eat: Almonds, Beans (or other legumes), Spinach (or other green vegies), Small amounts of dairy, Instant Oatmeal, Eggs, Turkey (or other lean meats), Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Whole Grain Breads and cereal, Raspberries (or other berries),
Less often: Apples, Bananas, Brown Rice, Canadian bacon, Canola Oil, Citrus Fruits and Juice (no sugar added), Corn, Dried Fruits, Melons, Onions, Whole wheat pasta, Peaches, Fat Free Popcorn, Baked Potato, Pumpkin Seeds, Salsa, Broth based soup, Sunflower seeds, Tomatoes, Vegetable Juice, Wine (1 to 2 glasses a day)

negative calorie intake = weight loss
translates into burn through just doing daily tasks (not exercising, still burn calories when you sleep or do whatever) that result in burning more calories than you take in through your mouth.
Eat less gradually so you don't binge. Drink a lot of water to feel stuffed. Look at nutritional label.. stay away from high carb/fats... don't eat right before bed

I've lost 28 pounds on the South Beach diet. I currently can't exercise due to a health issue but the weight is going away.

Impossible, that is if you want to do it the safe and healthy way. You do need to exercise, it only take about 30 minutes a day. Don't be sedentary.

works wonders. you burn all the energy during the day and eat what you like in the am. but make sure its healthy ay night.
