ok so i need help

calorie restricted diet for a while about 1300 a day but now i am at my goal weight i really do not want to count calories and fat anymore but then i would not even know where to start with how much i should be eating throuout the day .. do i need to continue to count calories if i want to maintain my weight?

When you eat slowly your body signals when it's had enough, by making you feel satisfied, usually takes about 10 to 20 minutes.

Need to chew your food very well, make sure you are drinking plenty of water over the day and eat high quality food and this works very well. This is the natural mechanism for eating the right amount of food.

You are now finding out how doing this diet is a problem.

I have said this so many times on Yahoo...DIETS DON'T WORK! Healthy living does.

Eat healthy, exercise and drink water. Don't eat junk, drink sodas or eat sugary foods.
