I really need some help losing weight, cuz im kinda short and its harder for short people to lose weight than others and i need to lose alot by christmas because i have to be in a Dance Show and i dont wanna get up there and have my stomach boucin all around, Please help me!!!

Cut your calorie intake, watch your fat grams and EXERCISE...a must...plus drink lots and lots of water....flushes your system and makes you feel full.
