i woke up today with a pain in my lower left side of my stomache and it has been getting worse, im not constipated, i havent had my period in 6 months and i have done several tests to see if im pregnant and im not, im wondering what this pain could be from, can anyone help me plz it really hurts, should i go to the emergency?

you may want to ask for a pelvic exam, to check for ovarian cysts. from what it sounds like, i'm experiencing the same thing, and the gynecologist said she thinks it's a cyst.
Birth control pills help reduce the cyst, if not clear you of it completely. However, i'm sure there are many other treatments.

If your pain is getting worse, I suggest going to the ER. It could be a lot of different things. If you've missed your period for that long and you usually had a normal period, something is definetly going on!

it may be this thing called like a bowel contraction, i have them and they hurt like ****, i can't even like walk, but they go away in like 2 hours, the only remedy i have found is putting a hot compress on it, it really helps! hope this helps, good luck! :D
