It's not weird or bumpy or anything like that, it's just multi-colored. Sort of like neopolitan ice cream.

well there are alot of blood vessels in the penis so part of the colors differnce is probably the different amounts of blood running underneath. the rest of it is probably pigmentation

Interesting that you used an ice cream flavor to describe the situation. Do you know if any other part of his skin is multi-colored. Could be a systemic melatonin issue.
