Any lump that does not disappear within 2 weeks should be looked at by a doctor.

You're so young, there is very little chance that it's cancer.

But if the problem does not go away pretty quickly, please do see the doctor.

Unfortunately the answer is almost certainly yes, while it is unlikely, the greatest known risk factor for breast cancer is increasing age (so at such a young age it is rare). But it can develop despite the fact the breasts are not fully developed, as a matter of fact while rare breast cancer can even occur in males (approx 1 case of male breast cancer to every 140 cases in women) however that fact does demonstrate having a fully developed breast is not a prerequisite for the condition.

As such I would suggest that if you have any concerns you consult with your doctor immediately, as breast cancer (well in fact many forms of cancer) in younger people tend to be more aggressive as cell replication is faster in young people anyway, and cancer is essentially extreme over replication of defective cells so in younger people cancers tend to be more aggressive thus making early detection and treatment even more essential.

Highly unlikely. If you are worried, by all means, go to the doctor. Chances are it is a normal lump that comes and goes with the mestrual cycle.
Lots of young girls get these temporary lumps; examine yourself regularly so you know what is normal for you.

It is highly unlikely, because the breasts aren't fully developed yet, and the lumps in them are usually just breast tissue. You don't have to worry until you are past 35 usually and have a history of breast cancer in family.

Yes, you can get it at any age, but it would be very unlikely. If you have a suspicious lump, see your doctor ASAP. I don't want to scare you, but if you get breast cancer at a young age, it is more likely to be aggressive, resistant to treatment, and far advanced before it is diagnosed. So please don't delay seeing your doctor if you think you might have it.
