I get very lonely
all day I feel scared...
I manage to sing songs all day to keep myself fron panic
when I see people they look away or I do
when I look face to face I'm afraid of eye contact... I think people are looking at me in a bad way always..
i obsess about dating... if I had this girl that girl id be happy..
if I could talk to women , people in general I'd be happy...
It feels like I'm sick to my stomach... almost to the point of bile movements if I don't run away from conversaion which feels like confrontation...
my parents think they lock me up so I say far way form any real
medical help. they say if I can handle doing this than I can do that. so I smile all day and I'm nice but I really wish I could ease away the pain... anyone have a clue what I'm going through....It's basically like my confidence leaked out the bottom of a barrel.

So I feel like i'm a fairly well-adjusted guy. I had a wonderful family growing up, money's never been a huge issue like it is with some people, I'm going to propose to my med student girlfriend of 5 years shortly and I'm achieving moderate success and popularity on the music scene. I live in a beautiful condo with low-rent. Life's good.

I started taking lexapro for some anxiety issues that gave me stomach aches and it's been working great! My question is, does anyone else, despite how seemingly "normal" they usually feel (sans medication), ever randomly think about just turning the wheel of the car into oncoming traffic? Do you ever think, "Hey, I'm alone right now, I should go in to the kitchen and cut myself open with one of those steak knives...?" But you never do, because you know yourself and you'd end up calling 911 and troubling the firefighters with your stupid mistake....Is this some form of spontaenous depression or is it pretty common?

our house rules is that we should not lock our rooms at nights or when we have friends in our room..girls not allowed inside our rooms. one night after school work i watched some porn in my PC with headphone so that nobody could heard the sounds. i did not notice that my dad came in and i found him at my back watching porn and my hand inside my shorts holding my penis..i freak out but my dad knows how to pacify my situation. it was my fisrt serious discussion with my dad about sex, masturbation, porns and lot of things but i was so ashamed that i could not face him at breakfast the following morning, he just pat me in my back and wink it's means okey i guess. it was a good dad and son encounter that night and i'm thankful for having a dad like him. from dad to his 16 yrs old son it means so much to me and i treasure of my dad love to his children. have you experience thesame that somebody caught you doing nasty and crazy things..just for your thoughts...

I've just purchased a monistat 1 combination pack.
When I opened it the applicator barrel was not wrapped. It doesn't mention anything on the directions about unwrapping it, but you would think, it should be wrapped because you are inserting it inside...
Also, the ovule insert was sealed completely in the foil package, but it didn't have the little paper backing it is showing in the directions. Don't know whether to trust it or not??
I've called the 1-800 number but they're currently closed. It is way passed my bedtime and I was hoping I'd have this taken care of..this sucks balls.

I've been taking vitex now for about three months, At first I thought that it really helped with my pms (which is what I was taking it for) this past cycle my old pms is back with a vengance (although it could be other things, right?) my period was late, and also since taking the vitex i feel my sex drive has gone down (but since the pms left at first it wasn't too horrible) - I found this article online, which really freaked me out, everything else I've read on Vitex says its safe and will help me. What do you think? Are these things just happening as my body hormones level out (since it can take months to work I've read) or is this another herb we should really be more careful with? I am in the 5th of 6 rounds of chemo and I am suddenly very itchy everywhere. There is no yeast infection or any infection. Benedryl does not help. There is no redness anywhere. All surgical areas have healed. I have just started itching in the last 5 days. What can I do, if anything to stop the itching?

I recently went on ortho-tri cyclen lo. My period was usually only 5 days long and now it lasts all week! I'm so sad about this fact. I have a small red bulge in my d***. I can't believe it. The first time I saw it was yesterday and I somehow squeezed it. A yellow fluid came out and it bled. Where can I find a book that has healthy foods in it. I am wanting to change all of my eating habits. I am taking health classes this semester.
