Doctors more than likely will NOT report it if he finds out you have been smoking so don't worry. I had to take a physical when I was 16 and he just SUGGESTED I stop. So, you have nothing to worry mate!

Of course the doctor will be able to tell, you breath will smell of smoke, your clothes and hair will smell of smoke. Stop smoking for good now. Listen to me as I smoked for 30 years and am no paying the price. I can't walk more than a few blocks without sitting down to rest. My heart and lungs are shot and my skin looks like shoe leather. Stop now and you will heal.

If you have breathing difficulty enough to keep you from playing softball, you should seek help rather than trying to hide it. If you can stop long enough not to show any signs of smoking, why don't you just stop, period?
