Hi! if you don't want to spend the money to buy a book go to your library, otherwise any of your local bookstores will stock or are willing to order books. I would highly recommend the book...EATING WELL FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH.....the essential guide to bringing health and pleasure back to eating, by Doctor Andrew Weil,M.D....The book has a whole section of wonderful recipes. He tells you about organic soy milk and much more...Good Luck with your classes....P.S. I love organic soy milk....

No, organic milk is not necessarily soy milk. There is organic dairy, rice, soy, goat, etc. Check the ingredients. If you see a book that you like on health foods, look at the references on the back. My favorite book is healing with whole foods. Also consider what's healthy for the planet. If you are going shopping keep a list and be prepared not to impulse buy. Good luck!

The health food stores in your town will have many books for you. The FDA has a food pyramid (the smaller version is on most cereal boxes) that tells you about how much you should eat from each food group.

Soy milk comes from soy beans. Organic milk is still cows milk.
