youtube.com has many clips of folks passing out at weddings: grooms, brides, best man, maids, even priests. I think it's cuz they're standing too long with locked knees cutting off oxygen to the brain....and perhaps a bit of anxiety.

I am 26 and overweight (not obese) and am currently exercising everyday to trim down again. Before I started this lifestyle I had a bloodtest which showed that my blood sugar is 90. I know 100+ is pre-diabetes but since my father and his mother both have diabetes (my father just takes medication no shots), I am prone to having it if I don't take care of my sugar levels. I personally want to lower it even more since it's cutting close to pre-diabetes. I exercise everyday now but what can I eat to lower my blood sugar...what foods should I avoid (other than soda and candy)

My friends who are muslims, they fast from morning to 6 o'clock in the evening and by doing that they lose about 5 kgs. But, does fasting slow your metabolism down? then how could they lose 5kgs?

I am in my forties and had a hyserectomy 7 years ago. I still have my ovaries but am now having hot flushes and getting very irritable and feel drained a lot of the time. Booked in for a blood test. Could this be the start of the menopause do you think?

Okay, everytime I go to the dentist and i have to keep my mouth open wide and it bothers me. when its done it doesn't click, it just feels weird, (i can't explain it), all I can say, it feels loose? Idk...but um it just feels weird. Do you think if I eat before I go my jaw wont feel weird at the dentist? because for some reason when I eat my jaw just feels normal, and when I wake up in the morning and yawn it feels weird. Anyone experienced this? can I eat to stop it from happening? I dont think I should be very scared, because my moms friends jaw is horrible, everytime she opens her mouth very wide it makes a loud popping noise, and it makes your skin crawl. but mine doesn't (Thank goodness), I have to get a fill in cavity this Tuesday, and I was told it only takes 10 minutes, will I be okay?
THANK YOU!

I have been informed that Madelaine has in fact Cat Eye Syndrome (details of which can be found on the net ) and this shows in the little girl's left eye. There are other symptoms of this disease including heart problems. I wonder therefore (maybe I'm speculating) but if the child was sedated - as am sure she must of been quite a handful since she's hyperactive - whether this could of been the cause of her death ?
I also wonder why this syndrome has not been mentioned at all. Photographs of the child with the 'eye defect' were shown but not an explanation.

For a healthy adult? My friend is at loss, his dentist told him he can either go for local or general anesthesia, it makes no difference to her, people do either way. My friend is asking me as if I know, but I have no personal experience beyond fillings. Money is apparently not an issue.
