Okay, everytime I go to the dentist and i have to keep my mouth open wide and it bothers me. when its done it doesn't click, it just feels weird, (i can't explain it), all I can say, it feels loose? Idk...but um it just feels weird. Do you think if I eat before I go my jaw wont feel weird at the dentist? because for some reason when I eat my jaw just feels normal, and when I wake up in the morning and yawn it feels weird. Anyone experienced this? can I eat to stop it from happening? I dont think I should be very scared, because my moms friends jaw is horrible, everytime she opens her mouth very wide it makes a loud popping noise, and it makes your skin crawl. but mine doesn't (Thank goodness), I have to get a fill in cavity this Tuesday, and I was told it only takes 10 minutes, will I be okay?
THANK YOU!

Sounds like the joints in your jaw, which are located just under your ears have come loose. What I do when this happens is to try and force the lower jaw as far back as I can with the jaw's muscles, then try to get them into the correct place where you can have your lower teeth fut just behind the upper teeth.

You will be fine. While your at that appointment why don't you discuss this problem with your dentist.
