I'm not a doctor or anything but sounds to me like your friend doesn't know what he's talking about. I think the head can be shaped as an infant when it's still a soft bone. He's a bit too old, I'm sure. Tell him to embrace his big a$$ head and move on.

LOL....no it won't change the shape of the head, but hitting your friend in the head with something hard could. *but I don't recommend doing that* LOL

tell your friend that wearing one that is too tight will make him prematurely bald. It does make you lose hair quicker and so its not a total lie.
