I get diarrhea??? I am on the pill, to regulate my periods because I wasn't having them. I am 18 and have only been on the pill for about 5 months. before that I was getting my period about every 6 to 12 months, so it didn't bother me. I just want to know why??

every time i lift my upper leg up and then lower it, theres this really annoying pop in the joint. its the pelvic - thigh joint. It dosent hurt it just makes me cringe everytime it pops. I was doing a yoga stretch where I layed on my back and held my knees to my chest and the right one popped really loud and since then its been better but still pops a little but cant get the other one to pop like that. ANYWAYS though just wondering if anyone has any ideas to make this go away.

A couple weeks ago I started getting bumps that I thought were ingrown hairs, but they are not healing and they hurt and are hot. My husband told me about a week ago that there was a flesh eating virus going around and amybe I have that. I thoguht he was joking, but I got a magazine in the mail from my health insurance and that is the cover story. It is a short article, basically it just says wash your hands, call your dr and if you get this disease you'll get pnuemonia. What all do you know about this disease? I ride the public bus and work in a pharmacy, so I'm a little nervous about this. I do have an appointment already set up in two weeks for another problem, and if this still persists I will of course ask my dr. Thanks!

how do people act during a panic attack? i know i get them but i never remember anything.. i just know my hands and feet get tingly, i get dizzy, i shake really REALLY bad, i cant breathe, and i cant stand up, but untill it stops i dont remember anything after that... i never have any idea what happened.. do people usually cry or pass out or get violent or just stop breathing.. what really happens that i dont know about? i have been having them at least 1x a month for the past year. i know i have been having them recently because of an extremley upsetting breakup that was full of lies and now im having them 2 or more times a day... but i just dont know what happens when i get an attack.. what do people typically do during the attack...and i dont wanna be told to go to the doc. or be pumped with meds that i dont need.

I've been off the pill for a while, my husband has had a vasectomy, so it's not to prevent pregnancy. We've been away from each other for a few months, and I would really like to not have my period for when I get to see him. Normally I wouldn't alter my system, but this is a very rare occassion. I just bought the pack of pills.

Please be understanding of the situation, and help me if you can. I have gotten 2 different opinions from health professionals, and I need a tie breaker.

So I've worn glasses for quite some and I've had the same pair for about a year and I'm getting sick of the frame. I was at Borders the other day and I was waiting in line and looking at their reading glasses. I do not need glasses for reading, just for distance. I did, however, find a frame that I fell in love with!!! I couldn't resist, so I ended up buying them (I mean they were only $10!). Anyways, since I don't need glasses for reading and all I wanted was the frame, can I just have new lens put into the frame? I mean you can't beat $10 for frames!

Ok, my mom and i talk about sex quite a lot, and i understand the 'facts', but everytime i ask her why sex is such a big deal, i think that she gets mad...what is the big deal about it? loads of people have sex every day. Just b/c i have sex, does not mean that i am going to get pregnant or an std, b/c she has told me LOADS of times how to be safe, and i know where the condoms are..i mean, i am not just gonna run out there and sleep with the first person i see, i just REALLY want to know WHY it is such a big deal, and WHY moms always fly threw the roof if they think that u are having sex...WHAT is the big deal???

I'm sorry but I'm just really curious...I heard that when a girl loses her virginity it really hurts?? My friend told me that she felt like crying...Now I'm really nervous! i started getting acne in 9th grade and now im in 10th.. i have the worst acne scars EVER!!! and i still get pimples.. i pop them just to make then smaller and not so noticlable.. obviously it isn't working. i wash myface in the morning and before bed.. i wear a ton of makeup! and i really don't want to but if i don't i will look horrible .. you have no idea. and the make up is my security blanket. without it i feel i would have no friends. but i want to be able to have clear skin.. but how can i get rid of the scars.. i use merderma, and it kinda works but it makes my face itch soo bad!!!! i need help!!!!

Now I know this totally sounds stupid it is entirely my decision. I am torn we have never had sex at all not even oral he told me a while ago he has AIDS. We are engaged to be married I love him with all my heart. I understand we can't have kids or possibly even a sexual relationship but agian I love him. Every four or five weeks I go through this thing. First I have pretty intense pain, in my stomach, like I really have to go to the bathroom or I'll explode. It comes and goes and lasts for about 5 or so seconds. Then my body heats up. Last time my hands and my face were completely beat red and I feel dizzy . Then after a while I finally go to the bathroom pretty good. Then my body relaxs and then this horrible pain begins. Its always in my arms and stomach, and in various other places including legs and head. It is the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Wherever it hurts it throbs, but it is not a throbbing pain, more of a deep body ache that comes in waves. If I move my arm in any direction it will feel ok for a second and then the wave of pain comes. I have Crohn's disease but I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I often have similiar pain but a tylenol usually kills that but when this comes it is miserable and nothing help

Correct me if im wrong, but is building mass basically getting more muscle and making your self stronger while toning it is keeping the muscle you already have but simply reducing the fat levels so that it may look better? Is building mass using high weights and low reps while building tone uses low weights and more reps? How can i build as much muscle mass as possible? Please help me on this issue, im pretty confused.
