Every four or five weeks I go through this thing. First I have pretty intense pain, in my stomach, like I really have to go to the bathroom or I'll explode. It comes and goes and lasts for about 5 or so seconds. Then my body heats up. Last time my hands and my face were completely beat red and I feel dizzy . Then after a while I finally go to the bathroom pretty good. Then my body relaxs and then this horrible pain begins. Its always in my arms and stomach, and in various other places including legs and head. It is the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Wherever it hurts it throbs, but it is not a throbbing pain, more of a deep body ache that comes in waves. If I move my arm in any direction it will feel ok for a second and then the wave of pain comes. I have Crohn's disease but I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I often have similiar pain but a tylenol usually kills that but when this comes it is miserable and nothing help

Also it should be noted I usually, whether I've drank anything or not, have to pee every 30-40 minutes. When it's really bad I have to go every 5 minutes like I haven't went in days. When the day of this body pain happens, my bladder is normal and I only have to go every couple hours. Any help would be appreciated because these are both hard problems. I am taking asacol for the crohns, but both these problems started well before I took this medicine.

I would ask your doctor that treats you for the Crohns-It could be extreme muscle cramps resulting from constipation? You need to ask your doctor this.
