Okay forget all the special cleansers and try Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser and Moisterizing Lotion or the generic version for it works too. Cetaphil contains no soap so it won't dry out your skin. The lotion contains no perfumes so it won't irritate skin. DO NOT POP YOU PIMPLES this is what causes the scarring! I know it is hard but if you just wait it out they will go away. All that make-up isn't helping in fact it is probably preventing your skin from being able to breathe and heal. Try some form of mineral makeup that will allow your skin to breathe unlike liquid foundations and pressed powders.(Bare Minerals is expensive but the best. The drugstore versions work pretty well though and are worth a shot.) Keep using the Merderma but only as it is directed on the label. If you have health insurance go see a dermatologist they may be able to prescribe you something to help lessen the appearence or scars. Also remember almost everyone has had, does have, or will have pimples or acne so don't be so afraid to show them. You are 15 it is a part of life and if someone sees you differently because you have acne they aren't worth your time anyway! Good Luck!

There are two over-the-counter lotions that will help. Get something with benzoyl peroxide and use it in the morning, and then salicylic acid in the evening. You should also use cleaning lotion with one of these twice a day. You'll see great results within three weeks. If you can afford it, I've also had great luck with Aveda Firming Fluid every morning after cleaning, but its $32 a bottle, which lasts a couple of months. Try Clinique Pore Minimizer from the department store for hiding pitted scars. If you want to see how popping is making everything worse, just pop on one side of your face for a week, and you'll realize what harm you're doing. If none of this works, ask your folks to take you to a doctor, who will give you stronger stuff. Also, if you don't pop now, you can go and get some of the scars taken care of later by the dermatologist, but really, popping is causing more scars. Oh, and your friends have acne too, and if they're really your friends, they'll still be your friends if you're imperfect. In fact, imperfect people have MORE friends, not less, because no one wants to be with someone who looks too perfect and is covered in gunk all the time.

Personally, ive read alot on acne scars as i have quite a few left over too. What ive heard to do is apply acv(apple cider vinegar, u can buy it at ur grocery store for under 2 bucks) and mix it half and half with warm water. Then dab the diluted acv with a cotton ball and apply it on your scar. Also i have heard that drinking it is great too but it might taste a bit sour :P . Also another great thing to do is go make an appointment with your dermatologist and get her/him to prescribe u a tropical gel called "retin a micro". As ive heard and read, u need to apply just a lil' dab on the scar for about twice a day, preferably morning and night. However the downfall to using retin-a micro is that it will peel your skin - but thats how it works. Using retin-a micro will make ur scars get better before it gets worst. tho retin a micro wont work over night, i am more then certain u will achieve decent results from using it atleast about 2-3 weeks. It takes a bit of time, but im positive that if you use this tropical and dab some acv dilutd with water, those maarks will fade in time. gd luck :)

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I have use the zenmed's scar treatment. From the first day I tried Zenmed scar treatment, it worked really well. As a woman in her 40's this kind of product quality has been lacking from other companies lately and it's great to see people out there still committing themselves to creating great products that actually work. Really impressed with the product quality and results.Above all I am also impressed as their customer service is top-notch and it comes with 100% money back guarantee.

First of all Dont wear make ups .beacause it block the air that goes through your face. so more acne will appear.
and you have already made a Mistake. YOU should never have popped your pimples. that is why you have scars. and I dont know if that scars will disappear or not. Dont pop your pimples again. wash your face daily with acne treatment soaps or face washer. Use Proactive.
Dont get stressed. just hang in there. and good luck

Vitamin E is great for getting rid of scars. Take your vitamins, it will help speed up the healing process.
Also, drink lots and lots of water. Moisturise after you cleanse your face. You may even want to try out a milder cleanser. Try Cetaphil products - Skin cleansers and moisturisers specially formulated for dry sensitive skin. It's also effective for normal, combination or oily skin.
