I have been working out 2-3 times a week, doing strength training on the ball, weights, and using my own body's resistance (lunges, etc.) Now all my jeans are tight, and I'm getting desperate! I am not trying to necessarily LOSE weight, because I like the way I look (I'm 5"8 and pretty slim) but I just want to be able to wear all my old jeans again without having to squeeze into them! How could I gain an inch ONLY in my hips, even though I eat healthy and try to exercise when I can???
