I heard white wine is the best alcohol you can drink. Also, Vodka.

There is no such thing as a "better for you" alcoholic drink.
Alcohol is alcohol and it will do harm to your body if taken in excess.
If you want something with low or no calories, no carbs and so on then I would suggest Vodka. Mix it with orange juice or cranberry juice.
Please remember to have a designated driver who is not drinking or take a cab.

Vodka or Captain Morgan rum and diet soda. Watch out for juices and caloric sodas, they are just added sugars.
Drink water between each drink.
You may drink less if you consume expensive or hard-to chug drinks like wine.

White wine (or red) but I prefer white . Its low virtually no carbs , and most diets approve. yes there is sugar , but you deserve a treat! Make sure its a bottled wine, as cask varieties have many preservatives. (refuse if cask) Stay away from spirits with mixers or cocktails as these will give you nasty hangovers (spirits alone may be OK) .
If your driving , 2 glasses and thats it as pubs and clubs tend to fill them up.

there is truly no such thing. alcohol depresses the CNS, decreases test levels, decreases growth hormone secretion and levels of IGF-1, dehydrates the muscle cell and interrupts the Krebs cycle.
alcohol has a very pronounced negative effect on the endocrine system when it comes to fat loss. if you want to optimize your gains (or losses of fat) you should 86 the alcohol on the weekends until you reach your goals.
