I am presently following a low cholesterol diet and would like to include more fish. Because salmon has a significant amounts of "good fat" I would also like to include it in my diet.

Salmon (like most other types of fish) is actually relatively low in cholesterol. It is also high in omega 3 oils which are good for raising your HDL (good cholesterol) level.

Salmon (and shrimp for that matter) supposedly have a bit of cholesterol but they have never been shown to raise cholesterol in people.

Okay, yeah its definately possible. First, its good to get a good sleep. For breakfast try a bowl of uncle tobys oats with blueberrys, honey and yoghurt and a cup of tea. Also try to fit in some time to exercise and do some stretches. Drink water (6-8 cups) throughout the day. And 2 cups of coffee at the most. Also include healthy foods such as bananas, tuna, chicken, tofu, oysters, apples, broccoli and salmon in you're diet. Eat low G.I based carbs such as wholegrain/wholemeal bread and pasta for dinner (2-4 hrs before goin to bed). And try having a glass of milk 30 mins-half an hour before bed. This increases the serotonin levels in your brain, a chemical that helps you sleep better. Another thing is just give yourself some time for fun and take your mind off study before going to bed. Otherwise may be too wired to sleep because you're in study mode. Hope this helps ;)

You can eat it, but limit your intake, a lot. As long as you are exercising with your low cholesterol diet, you should keep a pretty low cholesterol.
