Ok can somebody help me out here, this has just happened I walk on my tippy toes and i can't help it thats just how i walk, now sometimes when i do this right at the arch of my foot a sharp pain accurs and it feels like a bone slipped out of place sometimes i can just pop it and its nothing but this is really hurting this is like the second time this year it has happened and im sitting here in pain, is this something serious i need to go get looked at because now i can't even move my damn toe or walk on it, I'm hoping around the house like some hurt bird. Please help.

you need to see the doc. but for now try saoking your foot in warm salty water.

Nothing just happens, their is a reason why you are walking on tippy toes and that needs to be 'corrected' ASAP. Therefore go to the Doc explain you walk on your toes and he should then forward you to the correct professional that will help.

If you are in that much pain, go to the Dr or ER or something and let them look at it and they can fix it and/or give you something to ease the pain.
