I guess it depends on you. DId it make you feel okay and jump start your day? Then it's good and your metabolism is on track. Cocoa powder is NOT bad for you and neither is oatmeal or apples. You did fine hon.~

The oatmeal part is good for you. However you don't want to consume too much cocoa powder in the morning. Try putting a small amount of cocoa powder instead for some flavor. Also eating 2 apples in the morning is really good for you. So keep that up. Also if you have some time at breakfast why not eat a banana for some good potassium, which will help your body function better. Or try other types of vegetables and more fruits.(This is only if you have some time) Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you don't eat well at breakfast then your brain and your body will wear out during the day. Hope this helped

Wait, you had chocolate powder, splenda, AND chocolate? Why are you consuming so much chocolate for breakfast?

Dark chocolate IS good for the heart, but only if you eat like one square of a chocolate bar PER DAY, not the entire bar, and not with cocoa! I'd say not a great breakfast, other than the apples.

That sounds like a good breakfast, but remember, regular baking cocoa doesn't have as many antioxidants as other chocolate sources. I also don't eat sugar substitutes, although Splenda is the best one: they sound good for you, but the chemicals are just slow poison. If you are working out right afterwards you do need some protein, but if you're just eating and go to work or school, oatmeal and apples are good.

Just be careful about the amount of sugar. If your intake of sugar is too big, you will jump-start your day then crash by 10 - 11AM. The oatmeal is good, the apples are good, you should think about a portion of milk and should be good for a more balanced breakfast. Otherwise, it's not that bad.

It is good breakfast but try not to have splenda since it is loaded with chemicals.
Any breakfast is better than no breakfast.
