Through diet, eat more vegetables, fruits and other alkaline foods. So try to eat more alkaline food than acidic food. Acidic food are those meat, eggs, garlic, onion , mushroom etc. It will become worst our condition if we still continue eating this acidic food. Prevent vices like smoking and drinking alcohol. Do some physical exercise like walking, swimming and taichi . This is the best exercise I can suggest to you to reflex your joints and physical body.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

bee stings do work, but I am allergic to pain, lol. My Dad had bees and he was always getting stung and did great with the pain. Eating at least 6 cherries a day works too. A chemical in them is good for arthritis. I also take glucosamine chondroition or glucosamine sulfate (it is cheaper).

Try growing some Pennywort (Gotu Kola) in your garden... its a herb, and a few leaves a day will ease the pain of arthritis. You can drink it as a tea, or put it into a tossed salad, it tastes alright. I drink one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of honey in hot water as soon as i get up in the morning and this helps too. If you are overweight losing some will lessen the aches and pains. Good luck.

There are a good number of natural joint health products. The most popular ones I've found are Microlactin, Hyaluronic Acid, Tart Cherry Extract, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), Glucosamin, Chondroitin, MSM, and Avovida (a combination of avocado and soy). Most of them are very economical and are very beneficial... our customers order them on a very regular basis. Most people get benefit from one or more of these ingredients within anywhere from a week to a couple months, depending on how long it takes for the supplement to get into their joints.
The only thing you'd have to worry about on any of these aside from allergic reactions is that the Microlactin is from milk and the Glucosamin is typically from Shellfish (those are the most common allergens).
