...that always seem to come at night when you are asleep. What's the cause? I had one in each leg the other night! I was screaming in agony!

Besides dehydration, too much caffeine and too much booze it could also be due to a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.

Probably cramps or what they term 'Restless legs syndrome' look it up and compare notes.

try drinking gatorade before you go to bed. if that doesn't help, see a doctor.
