I'm basically going for something as follows:
*porridge or cornflakes for brekkie, with milk
*fruit for a snack
*salad or healthy sandwich for lunch/jacket potato
*fruit for snack
*salad with meat - chicken, steak or something - for dinner
Accompanied by lots of water and the odd sit-up, will this help me lose actual inches? I need to fit into a size 10 costume for my job which starts in 2 weeks and I barely squeeze into a 12 right now.
I eat so much junk, if I cut it out, will it make a difference?
As for exercise, I'm on tour and spend my time either working, or sat in the van, and when I get to a hotel it's usually late and time to sleep. So I have little to no time to exercise. Will dieting like this alone help?
