I've was never diagnosed nor was it a concern as a child but recently my live in boyfriend posed the question. At first I blew it off but the more I think about it the more some "developed" behavior seems to fit the bill. Any resources would be appreciated.

Usually this is a problem from childhood and on. It generally develops in adulthood from a trauma to the head or from other medical conditions. This could be more of a learned pattern or from attempting to multi-task to much. Excessive caffiene or diet sodas. Aspartame is known for causing confusing and other problems.

I doubt this is ADD or ADHD. May want to focus on some organization skills and try not to multi-task as much.

Not usually, but if you are having problems with attention or concentration it could be symptoms of another problem. I'd say that you should have yourself checked by a psychologist or psychiatrist to see what they say.
