Does it mean it makes you nervous, or more nervous. Or does that have nothing to do with it. What does it mean to slow down your central nervous system??

I know that we have vaccinations for a reason; to prevent the certain desease to come back, right? Well, for example, Polio, it is pretty much emiminated in the USA, however it is NOT in other countries, so I know that since parents know it is gone here in the USA it can't come back, but IT CAN and that is why we still use this vaccine, because even though it is not present, it CAN come back, so why do people think this way? (And this is for other dieases as well.)

Also, other dieases are showing up more and more because parents are not vaccinating, so why exactly are people against vaccinating, when the diseases are not totally eliminated?

My aunt is a heavy drinker (jack and 7) anyways she would have a drink or two everynight for the passed 14 years but for the passed 3 or 4 months she would start early like when she woke up and be up in the middle of the night to drink so for about 2 weeks she's been really weak and sleeping all day and so i finnaly i took her to the hospital cause i was really worried and she has two kids she was there for six day and got 4 to 5 blood transfusions during her stay they knew about her drinking ofcorse but were think possible cancer they ran alot of test and found nothing so they sent her home today im scared she still could be losing blood i dont know could all of this be because of her drinking??

ok so i woke up in the middle of the night with sevre pain on right side from my groin up to my ribs. Then when i got out of bed to go to school it still hurt and it seems to be starting at my groin especialy when i walk. I've gotten this pain 2 otheer times in the past year and after some advil and a day i was fine. Anybody have any idea as to what this might be?

I ate at a buffet-style restaurant for lunch today. I ate a normal size meal....1 plate with normal serving sizes, 1 lemon square for dessert.... I didn't eat much at all. About an hour after we got home I started feeling sick. It is 10 hours later and I still feel sick. I am lightheaded, Cramp stomach ache, No appetite and if I do eat anything I feel like im going to puke. Food poisoning?

So i was given birth control from a planned parenthood. But i havent started using them cuz i was told to start on the sunday of your period. However, mine started today, tuesday and i didnt take a pill. So, could i start them tomorrow? and would i take two pills or just one. or should i start tell sunday when my period is over and then start the pack? help! lol

Breakfast- cornflakes (one serve- 45g) and 1/3 can canned peaches (unsweetened)
Snack- 1 carrot cut into sticks dipped in hummus
Lunch- rice crackers (approx 12 crackers) and hummus
Snack- 2 x kiwi fruit
Snack- medium sized apple
Dinner- some form of meat, some pasta/potatos/rice, lots of veges.

I don't eat after 8pm and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

Workout- 10 min crosstrainer, 10 tredmill, 10 bike, arm, back, shoulder and leg exercises.

Will I loose weight? What should I be doing differently?

ok, i am very self concious about my height, i am 14 years old, male and about 5'2 115 lbs., my mom is 5'2 1/2, my dad is like 6'-61/2 ft. my 17 yeard old brother is 6'2. the doctor says i will be 5'11 but im not sure, i ahvent hit my spurt yet, any one have a prediction about what my hieght will be and any suggestions?

i am currently taking Zyrtec for my alergies with tree pollen. i take one 50mg pill every day. now when i smoke weed, i dont think a normal high ocurrs. i feel different than what my friends say they feel when they're high. so is there a posibility that Zyrtec can alter the effects of marijuana??

I heard that it is healthy to laugh, but I sometimes laugh too hard. When someone tells me funny things, I sometimes feel out of breath after I laugh. okay i had surgery 4weeks ago to remover a tumor . okay they had t cut the nerves that goes to your leg . the doctor said i would be numb from the knee up to my thigh . well he also said i would never walk again . but i can walk and the numbness is not that bad but my question is if they cut the nerves will i be able to get the feeling back in my leg ever again im only 22 and i cant live with this all my life i want to be able to run and jump again like a norbale person . please help im so upset and depressed

Whoah! I stopped taking the pill 9/26 because I tried to take active pills during my off week to surpress my period, but it came anyway and then wouldn't go away... i bled for over 2 weeks. so i figured i would stop - let my system 'reset' itself..but then found out that my period might not come until 4-6 weeks after stopping the pill or for some women 3-4 months to get their cycle back... Well, the last time i had sex was 8 days ago. i tested. it was negative. so i figured i would just start taking the pill - i was told the only reason the dr. makes you wait until you get your period is to make sure you are not pregnant. So i took a Sunday and monday pill last night and a tuesday pill today.
This morning I was queezie. Tonight my boobs are sore and feel 'full'.. .However, i feel bloated, constipated, hungry, thirsty, and had have this on and off runny nose. is this all in my head? I don't know what the heck i am doing! i made an appointment for Friday for tubal ligation consult

I have slight knock knees because of my wide pelvis. I heard that running puts a lot of pressure on the knees of with wide pelvises because their thigh bones are angled as opposed to straight. Should I not run very much. I do about 2 miles 5 days a week. Is that safe? What kind of precautions should I take besides normal warmup and cooldown?
