Whoah! I stopped taking the pill 9/26 because I tried to take active pills during my off week to surpress my period, but it came anyway and then wouldn't go away... i bled for over 2 weeks. so i figured i would stop - let my system 'reset' itself..but then found out that my period might not come until 4-6 weeks after stopping the pill or for some women 3-4 months to get their cycle back... Well, the last time i had sex was 8 days ago. i tested. it was negative. so i figured i would just start taking the pill - i was told the only reason the dr. makes you wait until you get your period is to make sure you are not pregnant. So i took a Sunday and monday pill last night and a tuesday pill today.
This morning I was queezie. Tonight my boobs are sore and feel 'full'.. .However, i feel bloated, constipated, hungry, thirsty, and had have this on and off runny nose. is this all in my head? I don't know what the heck i am doing! i made an appointment for Friday for tubal ligation consult

well, a preg test wouldnt detect pregnancy after only 8 days. also, bcp's wont hurt a baby. they prevent pregnancy, not cause miscarriages. your sore breasts and queezieness may all be caused by the pills. some women also get sore breasts from a recent period. dont worry so much. if your still concerned take the preg test again in a few weeks, or wait and see if you have a period.

WOW

You should be taking your pills AS PRESCRIBED.

Taking two pills IS NOT GOOD unless you missed one or two the days before AND your pamphlet that came with the pill pack says to take them like that!

Call your doctor and talk to them about how you are using those pills and what you should do now.
