Start them on Sunday and take one at a time. You usually start them on the Sunday that you start or the Sunday after you start your period (just because it's usually easier if you start at the beginning of the week to remember exactly when you started).

You have two options. You can either start it on the first day of you period which would be today and only take one. Or you can wait till sunday and take one. It doesn't matter that you won't still have your period on sunday. Now remember that the pill takes a full 7 days to "kick in" so make sure you use condoms until then. Take the pill at the same time evey day and don't skip doses. Don't forget that the pill doesn't stop you from getting STD's so use condoms anyway unless you are POSITIVE that both you and your partner are clean and will only sleep with each other. Plus the pill isn't 100% protection. Also if you ever take antibiotics that can make the pill not work, my friend got pregnant while on the pill because she took antibiotics for a cold. Good luck and be careful!!

Just take the one marked with tomorrow's day tomorrow and keep taking them (one per day) from there. You will be protected after you have taken an active pill each day for at least seven days in a row. When you finish the reminder pills, start a new pack of active pills, and keep the spares from this packet for just in case you are a couple of days late renewing your prescription or something like that.

Otherwise you wait until Sunday (they mean the first Sunday after the start of your period, which would be this Sunday) and take your first pill then. You'll still have to wait until you have taken an active pill each day for seven days in a row to be protected.

Take them Sunday.

And, you take them as directed. Read your pamphlet. It will tell you to take ONE PILL per day at the same time each day. Keep doing that, even if you haven't started your period at the end of your first pill pack as it takes a few pill packs for your cycle and the pills to regulate.

start them this coming sunday (the 20th) as this is technically the first sunday of your period. just take one and begin as normal. it is alot easier to be a sunday starter. even if your period starts on a sunday, still take the first pill on sunday and so on.

Since you are now on your period you would start the pack Sunday regardless if you are still bleeding or have stopped.

Just start this Sunday. It's not as crucial as it sounds... just don't have unprotected sex.
