I heard that it is healthy to laugh, but I sometimes laugh too hard. When someone tells me funny things, I sometimes feel out of breath after I laugh. If someone has a heart condition, I would imagine that it could be dangerous to laugh too hard People have said that laughing is better than frowning, but how much laughing is ok?

I think laughing too much would just be fine for your teeth. If you smile big, it might cause your mouth to have deep lines around it when you get older. But otherwise, for your teeth, I don't think it will hurt them unless you bite down really hard and chop your teeth too hard

:) GOOD LUCK

About the only time I ever had laughing too hard actually give me a problem was when I was down with bronchitis.

I suppose there is an infinitesimally small risk to someone with a heart problem. But there are worse ways to go.

I don't think so. I read in a health book that if you laugh hard and long for 12 minutes, you burn 40 calories. But I don't know about old people!

If you are normal, it is good to your health because it can reduce your stress, but if you have some respiratory or hearth problems, better not to laught too hard. You may fail to breath, thus, causing it to be dangerous;.
