Like i just have my braces put on about aa day ago they feel alittle sore but when i bite down some of my teeth really hurt eally bad. And even sometimes they kinda move a little

It is perfectly normal. The soreness should last a few days. They are supposed to move.

That is completely normal. When I got my braces for the first time I was also scared. To make the pain lower try to put a little ice in your teeth. Also an aspirine can help.
You may not be able to eat for about 2 or 3 days your regular food. Try to go with smashed potatoes and/or soups.

PS: Cold drinks and foods make lower your pain.

yes that is normal they will hurt for about a week then the pain will go away so dont be worried because i go through the same thing this will happen every time you get your braces tightened!

Completely normal. Try soft, cold foods for a while, and advil.

FINNALY SOMEONE I CAN HELP OUT! I HAD BRACES FOR 3 YEARS AND WHEN I GOT THEM OFF MY TEETH HURT AS BAD AS THEY DID WHEN THEY FIRST PUT THEM ON IF YOU HAVE A RETAINER THAT WILL HURT ALOT TOO. REMEMBER YOU HAVE HAD THOSE BAD BOYS FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS YOUR GUMS ARE SOFT FROM POOR BRUSH ( NOT SAYING YOU DIDNT BRUSH BUT ITS FROM THE SMALL AMOUNT OF SPACE IN YOUR GUMS FROM YOUR TEETH SONT WORRY JUST BRUSH YOUR GUMS HARD AND THEY WILL STRIGHTEN UP IN ABOUT A WEEK ABOUT 10-12 OF MY FRIENDS TEETH WERE SORT OF LOOSE AND THERE TEETH HURT SO DONT WORRY AND ALSO YOUR TEETH WILL FEEL BIG BECAUSE YOU ARE STILL GETTING USE TO THEM WITH OUT THE BRACKET ON I HOPE THIS HELPS!!
