Describe a "cut out body".

I'm not sure what you mean by a cut out body. But I think you mean how to get a really good strong looking body. Well, all you have to do is workout. Don't work out to much because it's not good for you to workout hard while you are still growing. Because if you do, you'll look kinda funny once you become an adult.

Wait until you're 16 MINIMUM - Get your mind space in something else for now, yet keep a healthy diet in high fibers (DO NOT make your own diet, ask a nutrition expert).

Mind you, if you're willing to pump up yourself for women, you are a little out of your league my friend. Not the appropriate age to heavy-lift because you are still developing, you can cause permanent damage and grow as the freak you are willing to avoid.

Women like other things, specially someone with a brain. And thats something you might be missing if all you care is for the exterior.

Your body is still developing. You should concentrate on eating a well balanced diet, exercise is also important, maybe start a small work out but don't over do it with weights at this stage in your maturity. Just being aware of the do's and don'ts are your best shot.

honestly your too young to worry about being "cut", the best thing to do in your age group to get the body u want is to just be active and nature will take its course. Start working out when you graduate eighth grade because honestly at age thirteen you really dont have the hormones yet in order to look buff and what not.

Dont worry about it...Your a little young to be thinking about a cut body...But since I'm trying to help you because I know how you feel...I would say (although I'm no expert) eat right, work out at the gym (pump some iron) and jog...Mainly work your muscles...Then flex in front of ppl lol! It really ticks fat ppl off.

You are still growing. If you are cut now you will probaby stay cut. Your body has a lot to say at puberty about what the priorities are for your maturation. Stay active and eat well and you should be fine.

Start a good exercise program, do sports its good for young people and your coach can help you out. Don't start out to heavy but this is a great time to take advantage of adolescent growth by exercising just make sure you eat a lot of good healthy foods and drink plenty of water, stay away from drugs and alcohol and you will be happy with what you see by your Junior year.
