Breakfast- cornflakes (one serve- 45g) and 1/3 can canned peaches (unsweetened)
Snack- 1 carrot cut into sticks dipped in hummus
Lunch- rice crackers (approx 12 crackers) and hummus
Snack- 2 x kiwi fruit
Snack- medium sized apple
Dinner- some form of meat, some pasta/potatos/rice, lots of veges.

I don't eat after 8pm and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

Workout- 10 min crosstrainer, 10 tredmill, 10 bike, arm, back, shoulder and leg exercises.

Will I loose weight? What should I be doing differently?

I am not sure if you are eating enough- you breakfast definitely has to be bigger (cornflakes is a bad choice - choose whole grain cereal like Kashi)
You need more protein in your diet
your lunch doesnt look like a good/filling choice
you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min to lose weight.
and do weight training 2-3 times a week
not eating after a certain time is old wifes tales - if you are hungry- eat (i have a snack about an hour before bed usually), because at night bodies go into a little starvation mode (thats why breakfast is so important- to jumpstart metabolism) and there is no need to make it even longer.

Yes you will def loose weight only eating that. However you will most likely be hungry.
& as for the gym if you want to loose weight you have to get your heart rate up for over 25 mins. After 25 mins you will be burning the fat on your body. Anything less it isn't doing very much for eliminating the fat on your body.
But remember not to over do it. You should be eating AT LEAST 1000 calories a day it is 1000 calories for every 100lbs you weight... any more you will gain any less yuo will loose. And if you really want to loose extra excersise about 5-7 times a week... and you are garenteed to loose weight and in a healthy way. Not a way that will make you loose a lot fast then gain it back. That is what those pills do. They make you loose weight fast and when you are off of them you gain all your weight back and more... that is why 80% of Americans who lose weight gain it all back. So do it the healthy way and keep it off! Good luck!
