Swallowing hydrogen peroxide solutions is particularly dangerous, as decomposition in the stomach releases large quantities of gas (10 times the volume of a 3% solution) leading to internal bleeding. Inhaling over 10% can cause severe pulmonary irritation.

throw up. Whenever dogs eat chocolate, you are supposed to pout diluted hydrogen peroxide down their throat and it makes them throw up the chocolate. So, I would assum it would make you throw up as well. People gargle with hydrogen peroxide all the time to kill the germs in their mouth, so I'm sure it gets swallowed on an accidental basis all the time and people don't die.

It depends on how much you swallow. Hydrogen peroxide is so effective at killing microorganisms because it destroys cells. If you swallow too much, it could make you very ill, or kill you. Don't do it.

(you can pour it down clogged sinks and dissolve many clogs, however!)

You'd probably vomit if it was just the 3% solution
normally available.
If it was of much greater concentration, you might suffer some serious internal damage before your
body could reject it.
