I feel like I have no motivation to do anything. I just graduated for a descent college. The last year I went to college I was finishing up my major had a huge course load. I was doing martial arts an hour every day and working out another hour everyday. I didn't sleep late on weekends. I came home for the summer and stuff started falling apart. Have you ever seen the movie office space? I wasn't working out as much, due to the fact I have to help with my family's business, I wasn't getting home from work till like midnight and not going to sleep till four AM and sometimes not going to sleep. Just recently the summer has wound down (beginning of september). I feel tired, groggy, I can't concentrate, I can't think, I don't feel like working out. I don't know whether it has to do with the fact that my sleep and life patern was screwed up over the summer or the fact that I have no idea what I want to do with my life is making me depressed.

My eyes are very small, and I'm pretty sure there's no surgery to make appear bigger, but I have a question purely out of curiosity. If I pull the skin around my eyes away from my eyes, it makes them appear bigger, and looks pretty normal. Why don't doctors do a procedure to pull the skin around the eyes away, and then just fix the eyelids so that they are not flipped over?

Bleeding is too heavy.Though she says she doesnt feel weak, doctors have asked her to take haemoglobin tablets. For few months she took allopathic treatment but that didnt give any results. She is now taking homepathic treatment. Ultrasound scan reports show that there is fibrous uterus. Is this something serious? Is there any particular treatment for this?

Hi, I'm 20, and currently in my third year of university. Basically, I developed a stuttering problem in 9th grade, which led me to become withdrawn and antisocial. It didn't help too, that I had a history of friends abandoning me prior to that as well. I tried to socialize with people, which led some of them to laugh at my stutter or give me weird looks. These days, I don't really have any friends except for a few online, but they seem too busy to talk. And my lonliness...is tearing me apart because I love to socialize and walking around campus is painful because I notice people laughing and having fun w/o me. I can't confide in my parents for they'll assume it to be excuses, and the anti-depressants I took several years ago helped alot, but we really can't afford to keep paying for them. I thought about suicide before, but there's this inner strength i guess, that tells me that eventually, things will be okay. I don't know what to do now, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 22, 5'7", 118lbs. I'm VERY picky eater. Will only eat breads, pastas...the bad stuff. I hate fruit, only like few veggies, and hate meat. My tummy is the only place i gain. I don't have gym access, and prefer to do at home exercise. I eat small portions of what i do eat, so basically three meals and three snacks a day. I would also like to be more firm from waist down. What would be a simple exercise plan that I can do at home?

I felt quite thirsty these few days after recovering from my gastric flu. I didn't really cared so much but every time after i pee, my urine seems to be yellower than usual but there were no ants. On the other hand, the frequency of me going to the toilet did not increase, it actually decreases. Can someone tell me whether this is diabetes symptoms?

Does anyone know what spots on a adrenal gland mean? I recently had a cat scan and they found several spots. My physician is sending the report out for a 2nd opinion to find out what to do. My blood work is steadily getting worse. My catecholine test showed a norepinephrine level of 1200 (normal is below 400). My sed rate was 44 (normal is under 20). My platelet count is 494K (normal is 150-400K), this has gone up from 430K over the last 2 yrs on my bloodwork. Plus I have some other blood work elevated. Anyway, just worried in between the time I am waiting to hear back from the dr.

I am only 23, always been skinny. But lately, I barely ever take a shiet anymore. I eat a yogurt with some regularity stuff in it, supposed to be good for digestion. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day, and with every meal. I weight train every day. I take fish oil with my breakfast and lunch (small amount), I drink water nonstop, all day.

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is it?

So what the hell is going on? Since when did we make smokers public enemy No.1?

The WHO hid the results of its study into the effects of passive smoking, the biggest ever undertaken, because the results concluded that passive smoking was harmless.

Smoking is a contributory factor in the cause of lung cancer, but a far more dangerous contributing factor (68-72%) more dangerous, is exposure to medical radiation.

The chemicals released by hair sprays, deodorants, and other aerosols are also a bigger risk than smoking, as is the inhaling of exhaust fumes.

As usual the 'ban it 'brigade corrupt science and facts to bend us to their will.

I had severe pains in my womb about a week ago, and very strange heavy bleeding, that had clots in it. I assumed I was having a miscarriage as that's what everyone told me they thought it was. I have since been experiencing frequent headaches, dizziness and faintness and nausea as well as tingling and numb hands. I also need to pee frequently. I'm worried that maybe I could still be pregnant, but is this possible after having had a lot of bleeding?

My 18 year old daughter was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma and is stage 4. She has decided enfactically that she does not want to do any more chemo but wants to do alternative meds. Her own donorship of stem cell transplant didn't work. The doctors gave up to less than a year or a little more to live. Can anyone help me with advice into saving her life. Her doctor told her there are other options and further treatment. If there are other options in saving her life why doesn't she take them? A very Desperate mom here. Any why do people such as herself put all her trust in God (not that I am not questioning him) in curing her if she doesnt take the treatment? I understand there is not cure for her cancer unless its death. Im not trying to be negative. I just want to understand why. Yes I do support her. Time is of the essence here.
