I have low blood sugar now and then, I am diabetic and take insulin. I guess sometimes I don't eat enough carbs and when the sugar drops, I shake, sweat, feel weak and want to cram all kinds of food in my mouth. I usually drink a regular cold drink and eat some crackers, lay down and wait for it to pass. What you have sounds like what I go through. It is smart to go to the dr. and get a good checkup. Good look and don't let it get you down. It can be controlled.

It does sound like you may have a somewhat lowered blood sugar level. I've been that way my whole life.
I stay away from sugar. Low blood sugar can turn into diabetes if you're not careful, and sugar gives the system a spike in insulin levels. Eating protein so that the body produces its own sugars is much better for you.
I do eat 5 or 6 small meals per day and watch my mood. Over exerting yourself can cause an episode, as you use up all the insulin in your system if you exercise hard for too long.
To find out if you have low blood sugar, you must take a fasting blood sugar test, which takes several hours. It's worth the time to know if that's what is affecting you, though.

My blood sugar has run low for quite some time. I have been in the hospital several times because my blood sugar levels were dangerously low.
If you are at the weak and trembly stage, you probably need to get your levels up quickly. Drink orange juice or grape juice, which raise levels quickly. The Coke was a great idea also, but sugar (candy or in many beverages, etc.) raises levels quickly, yet it drops quickly after a short while. If you can tolerate milk, which raises levels slowly without the following plummet sometime afterwards (which leaves you feeing worse than before), do that instead.
I have milk regularly throughout the day, and have been feeing pretty okay, although my doctor is watching me and there has been some testing done to determine if there is an underlying cause for this.
I hope everything works out for you, and I hope I helped. God bless you.

Yes, this sound like low blood sugar. The most important thing is to eat a balanced diet to help maintain a normal blood sugar level. A dietician can help with this.

I have very low blood sugar. It causes me to pass out easily and makes hot weather and hot tubs very difficult. Keep hydrated, and if a coke or cookie helps try to always have a sugary snack on you. I have found for me ice water is the best way or a cold rag on the back of my neck. Its easily treated and its just part of who you are.

You might have reactive hypoglycemia. It can easily turn into type 2 diabetes if you don't watch it.
I was told I had hypoglycemia, turns out I was pre-diabetic. This was type 1 (I was born with it). I didn't give it to myself by overeating.
