okay..i workout everyday about 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours and burn about 800 cals a day. i eat somewhere between 800-1000 cals. i cut out sugary stuff totally and no fast food, small meals through out the day, wheat bread, fat free ham or turkey, black coffee, diet coke, fruits etc. if i continue like this how much weigh would i lose?? i need to lose 25-30 pounds by December.

hmm actually its not 800-1000 cals someday i eat up t0 1300..bur not over that.

If you continue this, you will probably loose more than 20 pounds, depending on your current weight, age and height. I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months, by eating more calories than that. Generally women should eat no less than 1,200 calories a day and men no less than 1,500 calories a day.

You need not totally cut out all of the foods that may be considered "bad foods". After awhile these foods will be craved, and it is best not to deprive yourself.

Well, first of all, if you continue exactly like that, you will probably be dead soon, because working out that intensely and consuming so few calories a day leads to some major health problems. December is only 2 months away- it is not healthy to try to lose that many pounds in just 2 months. You should be aiming for no more than 2-3 pounds per week. Weight loss should be gradual.

You aren't eating enough calories. Your body is going to go into starvation mode and slow your metabolism down to store fat. It won't matter how much you work out...... you will end up making yourself sick. Your body has to have calories to function. You have to feed your body to get a good workout. You need to eat several small meals daily with healthy snack in between. Lose the white bread in exchange for whole wheat and exchange your pop for water. Add lots of high fiber vegetables also.
