Dramamine helps, but if you're pregnant you probably need to be careful. Ginger in the form of ginger capsules, or even sipping ginger ale also will help with nausea. If it's as bad as you say, you really should consult your doctor as you are likely to become severely dehydrated and require hospitalization for intravenous replenishment of your electrolytes and fluids.

You should find out for sure what is causing this. Vomiting
can cause you to become dehydrated and also your
electrolyte balance may be off. Being this way, it could
continue to make you nauseated. Once you find out the
reason you are this way, then it will be apparent what you
can do about it. If it is the flu, it usually runs it course...
however if it is a gastro-intestinal problem, it will have to
be treated. Could it be possible you are pregnant.
The medication I looked at, at the drug stores for anti-nausea...all it is, is sugar. This would not be good to
try if you think you have diabetes.
I hope you find out for sure what is happening...
pregnant women usually use soda crackers to help.
On this site, it will give you more ideas of what you can
do to relieve it:

There is also one more thing I want to add here.
The muscles of the esophagus, once you start vomiting
continually, can make it easier to keep vomiting even
if you are not nauseated. Try to either to take a sip
of something lightly sweet fluid about once every few minutes or chew regular sweet gum of some sort. This will keep
you swallowing and reverse the muscles of the
esophagus and help you to keep things down better.

if you are truly vomiting every 10 minutes for several weeks you are most likely so dehydrated that you have already died. Nausea and vomiting don.t normally last this long so there is undoubtedly a more serious cause than the flu or food poisioning. Head to the hospital ER and prepare for a lot of tests to determine the cause

A complete work-up from an American trained and board certified physician to locate the cause of your symptoms. If you are pregnant the cure will occur in about 40 weeks!

CocaCola syrup that you ask the pharmacy for. It is not a prescription but it is held at the pharmacy. It works great. Check to make sure you are not pregnant before you use it. My family has been using it for years and years... Good luck and hope you feel better.

Sip a little ginger ale or ginger tea. Ginger helps calm the stomach and stop nausea.
