Do alot of push-ups. When they get too easy, put your feet up on a chair and do incline push-ups. Then go to incline push-ups with handstands if you can get them.
Also, do alot of varied grip underhand and overhand pullups. Go to a park with monkeybars or find a tree with a sturdy low branch. Do squats and lunges without weight to kepp your lower body in shape too.

Do at-home training. Take jogs, do crunches, lunges...etc etc. You dotn need gym equiptment to work out. If you want weights, use something around the house to pick up and work your biceps. Use your muscles.
