I'm 22, 5'7", 118lbs. I'm VERY picky eater. Will only eat breads, pastas...the bad stuff. I hate fruit, only like few veggies, and hate meat. My tummy is the only place i gain. I don't have gym access, and prefer to do at home exercise. I eat small portions of what i do eat, so basically three meals and three snacks a day. I would also like to be more firm from waist down. What would be a simple exercise plan that I can do at home?

118 lbs is not in anyway over weight. Your height to weight ratio suggests a BMI of 18.5 which is borderline UNDERWEIGHT.
It is extremely important that you eat a balanced diet, because your body NEEDS the nutrients found in protein, carbohydrates, and fat as well as the vitamins found in fruits and vegetables.
You cannot "spot burn" fat in any case( target a specific area to loose fat). If you feel that you would like to have a more toned body, 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day will do the trick. Keep in mind that muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue, so a more tone body may weigh more than a flabby one, even though you are in better shape and actually healthier.

the diet that you follow ultimately determines how much fat and muscle you have on your body. if you don't like eating whole food then you might as well get used to the fat on your stomach, it will be there for your lifespan unless you change your diet. the human body is not designed to ingest processed grains. you also probably don't get enough health fats in your diet from nuts, olive oil, etc. when the daily fat intake goes below 20% of the daily calls it can cause a serious decrease in test production in women causing the metabolic rate to slow even further and in time a loss of muscle mass.

you are what you eat...

sit-ups only build muscles underneath your fat. i suggest going walking for about 30 minutes a day to get the fat off your stomach, then you will actually be able to see those muscles you built with the sit-ups.
